This addendum applies specifically to your use of our community and courses hosted on Zenler, in addition to the general Terms of Service.

 

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE IN THE COMMUNITY

Posts, comments, and discussions within our community — from Kelly, from moderators, or from other members — are shared for educational and peer-support purposes only. Nothing posted in the community constitutes medical, legal, psychological, or special-education advice specific to your child. Community input is not a substitute for working with your own qualified professionals.

 

MEMBER CONDUCT

By participating in our community, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for members who violate those guidelines, misuse the space, or share content unrelated to its purpose.

 

CONTENT YOU POST

When you post in our community (comments, questions, wins, discussion replies), you retain ownership of what you write, but you grant Learning in a Distracted World a non-exclusive right to display, moderate, and reference that content within the community and, where relevant, in aggregated/anonymized form (e.g., citing a common question in future content) without using your name or identifying details unless you give explicit permission.

 

COURSE ACCESS

Course and membership access is for your individual use. Sharing your login or course materials with others outside your household, or redistributing course content, is a violation of these Terms and may result in access being revoked without refund.
